What are OTJs?

OTJ stands for 'On-the-Job' training, which refers to hands-on instruction or learning that happens while an employee is actually working at their job. This method is commonly used across various industries to help new hires learn company procedures, equipment, and expectations in a real work environment. OTJ training is valued for its practical approach and immediate applicability.
