Description
Weaver Chocolates is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and hands-on Machine Operator to join our chocolate production team. This role is responsible for operating and supporting chocolate production equipment used for panning, enrobing, and depositing chocolate and confectionery products.
The Machine Operator helps keep production running safely and efficiently while supporting product quality, team members, food safety standards, and daily production goals.
Schedule Monday-Thursday, 4 days x 10 hrs., overtime as required
Responsibilities
• Operate chocolate production equipment used for panning, enrobing, and depositing.
• Monitor equipment, product flow, and finished product quality.
• Load and unload tanks, trays, tubs, pans, ingredients, and production materials.
• Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, adjustments, basic troubleshooting, and cleaning.
• Complete required production, quality, cleaning, and food safety documentation accurately.
• Perform routine quality checks and report product or equipment concerns.
• Follow all company safety, food safety, GMP, SQF, sanitation, and allergen control procedures.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and production-ready.
• Communicate equipment, quality, material, safety, or production concerns to the appropriate team members.
