Job description

1st Shift Production Machine Operator

Location: Aurora, IL

Pay: Starting at $21.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Overview

Aztech Locknut Company is seeking a reliable and motivated 1st Shift Production Machine Operator to join our team in Aurora, IL. In this role, you will play a key part in our manufacturing operations by ensuring equipment runs efficiently and produces high-quality products.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and adjust production machinery according to specifications

  • Perform job changeovers and machine setups efficiently

  • Monitor machine performance to ensure optimal operation

  • Inspect and test products to maintain quality standards

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment as needed

  • Accurately document production data and report issues to supervisors

  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
