Huntington University has an opening for a Senior Coordinator of OTD Admissions & Pathway Recruitment.

The Senior Coordinator of OTD Admissions & Recruitment serves as the primary lead and relationship builder, driving enrollment growth across all Occupational Therapy Doctorate pathways. This experienced professional manages the complete applicant lifecycle — from first inquiry through matriculation — while leading recruitment for the traditional post-baccalaureate OTD, the accelerated undergraduate-to-OTD pathways, and the OTA-to-OTD bridge program. Working in close partnership with OTD faculty, program directors, marketing, and undergraduate admissions, this role is central to meeting the university's enrollment and revenue goals across both Indiana and Arizona.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree required; master’s degree preferred in Business, Health Sciences, Communication, OTA, or a related field
  • Five or more years of progressive experience in graduate /undergraduate admissions, enrollment management, student recruitment, or a closely related field preferred
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding enrollment targets in a higher education setting
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences, including prospective students, faculty, and community partners
  • Strong relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders, including OT community organizations, OTA programs, and undergraduate partners
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Data-literate with the ability to analyze enrollment funnel metrics and translate findings into actionable recruitment strategies
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical admissions practices
