Description

SAIC is seeking a Organizational Change Management Lead to support the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC/AO) Cloud Technology Broker Integration Partner (CTBIP) contract. This position will provide services to build cloud foundations for the Judiciary, including cloud advisory/strategy and implementation services.

This position is contingent upon contract award anticipated for May/June 2026 with a June/July 2026 start date.

This role must be performed in the United States and will be remote. There may be occasional travel to customer site in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the organizational change strategy and related activities for the program Cloud Transformation Initiative.
  • Support the effective adoption of new technologies and business processes across the judiciary.
  • Assist AOUSC in engaging stakeholders, managing resistance to change, and fostering a culture of change readiness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure smooth transitions to new systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align organizational change efforts with strategic goals.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of related experience.
  • Strong communication and client engagement skills.
  • Proven experience in briefing senior-level executives and director-level staff.
  • A certification in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
  • Comprehensive understanding of OCM methodologies and frameworks, such as Lewin's Change Model, Prosci ADKAR Framework, with the capability to apply OCM methodologies.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
