We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic professional to drive organizational growth and operational excellence. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to translate high-level mission priorities into actionable strategic plans, optimize organizational structures, and ensure cross-functional alignment across the enterprise. The ideal candidate is a disciplined leader capable of navigating complex organizational boundaries to integrate diverse capabilities and resources. Key Responsibilities * Strategic Planning: Develop and sustain comprehensive strategic plans in collaboration with senior leadership; facilitate and lead strategic planning sessions to define future states. * Mission Alignment: Identify critical mission priorities and growth opportunities to ensure the organization remains responsive to evolving requirements. * Organizational Management: Analyze current organizational structures and recommend enhancements to better align human and technical resources with strategic objectives. * Technical Roadmap Development: Lead the creation and execution of strategic technical roadmaps, ensuring that technological investments and capabilities evolve in alignment with long-term mission requirements. * Process Optimization: Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase productivity and mission effectiveness. * Execution & Reporting: Track progress against strategic milestones, provide executive-level briefings to leadership, and coordinate alignment across multiple teams. * Data-Driven Analysis: Assess complex datasets to derive insights and deliver actionable recommendations for leadership decision-making. * Governance: Maintain and update critical organizational documentation and performance metrics. Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Organizational Management, Business Administration, Public Policy, or similar). * Organizational Management Expertise: * Proven experience in organizational design, including the ability to analyze workforce capabilities and recommend structural changes to optimize operational efficiency. * Proven experience in strategic technical roadmap development, with the ability to forecast technology trends and integrate them into organizational planning. * Demonstrated ability to develop and implement governance frameworks that align activities with overarching mission objectives. * Experience in change management, specifically leading organizations through structural transitions or strategic pivots. * Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience and proficiency utilizing technological tools in assisting organizational or strategic planning initiatives. * Communication & Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of engaging, influencing, and aligning diverse stakeholders. * Program Management: Professional experience managing complex initiatives from inception through completion. * Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven experience leading coordination across organizational boundaries and integrating diverse capabilities and resources to achieve a common goal. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Experience working within the defense or intelligence community. * Proficiency in digital content management systems and collaborative design tools. * Experience managing board-level governance documentation. Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
