Job Title: Custom WelderJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Custom Welder, where you will be responsible for executing custom welding tasks on various projects, with some repetitive work based on customer needs. You will work independently on smaller jobs and collaboratively on larger projects. Our focus is on creating hoppers and bins for the feed mill industry, alongside other job shop work for repeat customers.
Responsibilities- Perform custom welding on various jobs, including repetitive tasks.
- Proficiently read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
- Work independently and collaboratively on larger projects.
- Engage in MIG welding tasks with a focus on aluminum and mild steel.
- Participate in fabrication and fitting as required.
Essential Skills- 1+ year of previous MIG welding experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Proficiency in reading weld symbols on prints.
- Experience in TIG welding and working with mild steel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with aluminum welding is preferred.
- Structural welding certification (in-house certification available).

Work EnvironmentOur metal fabricating shop is a one-stop solution with over 30 years of experience, providing quality services to major industries. Work hours are Monday-Friday from 5am-3:30pm, with an early finish at noon on Fridays. There may be voluntary or mandatory Saturday work depending on project timelines. Safety and precision are key in our collaborative and skilled environment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Pulaski, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
