Position Summary

The Order Puller is responsible for accurately selecting, pulling, and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) warehouse environment. This role ensures timely and accurate fulfillment while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and pull products based on customer orders, pick tickets, or RF scanners
  • Verify item codes, quantities, and product quality before staging orders
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, wrapping, and palletizing
  • Maintain organized and clean picking areas to ensure efficiency and safety
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (manual or electric) safely and efficiently
  • Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and stock replenishment
  • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory to supervisors
  • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols
  • Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy targets
