The Order Selector is responsible for accurately selecting and pulling products from warehouse racks according to customer orders. This role requires operating a pallet jack, organizing and stacking cases efficiently onto pallets, and transporting completed orders to the dock for loading. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position that operates in a production-based pay structure, rewarding efficiency and accuracy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate an electric pallet jack to navigate the warehouse and retrieve products.
  • Select products from racks according to order specifications and ensure order accuracy.
  • Stack cases securely and efficiently on pallets to prevent damage during transport.
  • Deliver completed orders to the designated dock area for truck loading.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency to meet production-based pay requirements.
  • Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues or malfunctions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas.
