PWADC is seeking motivated, athletic, competitive, and hardworking candidates for the position of 2nd Shift Order Selector. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven position if you enjoy staying active and being rewarded for their effort.

As an Order Selector you work from 3:00pm until all orders have been shipped. The Selector pulls requested cases by hand, safely stacks them on a pallet, and prepares the completed orders for transport to our stores.

If you are dependable, competitive, enjoy physical work, and are looking for an opportunity to earn great pay, this may be the position for you.


Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00pm-Until Finished. Part Time Order Selectors.

We are offering up too three days a week During our S-F work week. Preferred days are Sunday and Thursday.

Pay Rate: $22.75 base pay with incentive up to $5/hr


Requirements:

· THIS IS AN EXTREMELY FAST-PACED, PHYSICALLY DEMANDING JOB. HEAVY LIFTING UP TO 90 LBS IS REQUIRED.

· Ability to work under a production quota system. Order Selectors must be able to pull an average of 175 - 185 cases per hour by the end of their 90-day probation period and maintain that production level thereafter.

· Probationary Order Selectors must demonstrate consistent improvement each week in order to continue through the 90-day probationary period.

· Ability to work in extreme temperature conditions is required. Temperatures in Perishables can range from 0 degrees to -20 degrees.

· Dependability and attendance are extremely important. There is a strict attendance policy during the 90-day probationary period.

· You must be able to work safely, efficiently, and accurately in a high-volume warehouse environment.

· Background check and drug screen required at the time of hire.
