Required skills

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • Models and supports clear communication between the front counter and kitchen staffs
  • Follows Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
  • Sprays dishes before washing
  • Follows wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry method when washing by hand
  • Ensures the dishwasher is washing dishes effectively
  • Loads dishwasher properly for maximum effectiveness
  • Takes initiative during non-peak hours to complete side duties
  • Troubleshoots minor guest issues
  • Maintains a clean and pleasant environment


Position type

  • Part-time pay range (Less than 32 hours per week): $10-$13 per hour
  • Full-time pay range (32 hours or more per week): $15-16 per hour
  • Pay rates are based on employee availability.
