In-Room Dining Order Taker

Our luxurious oceanfront environment combines Asian traditions of simplicity and elegance with the Art Deco history of South Beach, creating an intimate and private world coveted by discerning travelers.

Position Overview

We are seeking an In-Room Dining Order Taker to join our exceptional team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong Food & Beverage background in a luxury hotel environment. This role requires excellent communication, organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage time with efficiency and grace. The candidate must be guest-focused, polished, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and process all in-room dining requests professionally and promptly
  • Upsell menu items and make knowledgeable recommendations
  • Coordinate orders between kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain detailed order records and follow proper billing procedures
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful, personalized service
  • Support the In-Room Dining team as needed
  • Adhere to hotel service standards and departmental procedures
Requirements
  • Previous experience in luxury hotel Food & Beverage required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., push up to 100 lbs., and comfortably bend, stoop, and walk stairs and hotel corridors
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
