Compensation:


$3,000/month base salary

85% commission split

Performance bonuses available

We are a fast-growing, high-performance insurance agency focused on helping families, homeowners, landlords, and business owners properly protect what theyve worked hard to build. We specialize in high-touch client relationships, consultative sales, and long-term retention not transactional quoting.


We are looking for a motivated, hungry, relationship-driven Sales Producer who knows how to work leads, follow up consistently, and close business.


This is NOT an order-taker position. We are investing heavily into:

  • Call, text, and email inbound internet leads quickly and consistently
  • Follow up on warm and cold leads using CRM workflows
  • Quote and sell:
  • Auto insurance
  • Homeowners insurance
  • Renters insurance
  • Landlord policies
  • Umbrella insurance
  • Small commercial insurance
  • Life insurance (preferred)
  • Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
  • Conduct needs-based conversations instead of simply giving pricing
  • Cross-sell additional policies to increase account rounding and retention
  • Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in CRM
  • Work AgencyZoom and other agency systems efficiently
  • Handle objection conversations professionally
  • Follow agency sales process and scripts
  • Maintain strong communication with agency leadership and service team
  • Participate in remote sales meetings and accountability check-ins
  • Consistently meet activity and production goals

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

  • Licensed Property & Casualty agent (required)
  • Life license preferred (or willingness to obtain quickly)
  • Previous insurance sales experience preferred
