Job Title: Order Management Delivery Operator
Location: Cary, NC (Hybrid - In Office Tuesday-Thursday)
Employment Type: Temporary Assignment (12 Months with potential extension)

About the Opportunity
Acara Solutions is hiring an Order Management Delivery Operator to support a leading global healthcare diagnostics organization in Cary, NC. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in SAP, EDI/GHX systems, customer support, and order management who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving complex operational challenges.
In this position, you will play a key role in supporting eCommerce order processing, customer on-boarding, system troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer communications while supporting eCommerce product and order activity
  • Provide customer guidance and connect users with technical specialists when needed
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate customer concerns appropriately
  • Participate in internal and external customer meetings and conference calls
  • Support customer onboarding for EDI and GHX integrations in partnership with IT teams
  • Investigate SAP production issues and system defects, identify root causes, and implement solutions
  • Monitor daily system reports and proactively address issues impacting customer satisfaction
  • Manage customer orders, invoice exceptions, and electronic ordering processes
  • Generate reports and analyze data to provide meaningful business insights
  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to resolve issues involving SAP, eCommerce platforms, EDI, and GHX systems
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives related to eCommerce utilization
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of experience with SAP, GHX, EDI, or related systems
  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, logistics, customer service, or order management environments
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Windows applications
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Hybris/SAP eCommerce platforms
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools including Qlik, Power BI, and SQL
  • Ability to adapt quickly in rapidly changing environments
