Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Analyst to drive order management excellence and oversee the successful execution of the end-to-end order management process. This role ensures customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time while coordinating closely with internal teams - such as Channel Operations, Logistics and Fulfillment - and external teams - such as Meta's customers. Reporting to the Source to Cash Solutions Manager, the Order Management Analyst position is a complex and high-impact role requiring an individual who can effectively navigate intricate supply chain problems through cross-functional collaboration, hands-on data analysis, and system management to ultimately deliver results with a tenacious passion for doing "what it takes".
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all activities required to validate, book, and release all customer orders (Retail, Distributor, Commercial, etc) through to Third Party Logistics providers (3PLs)
  • Oversight of orders, managing resources to drive orders through our supply chain and systems on-time. Understands account management processes and customer policies in order to ensure successful order management execution
  • Coordinate with Channel Operations, Logistics, Fulfillment, and Accounts to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Accountable for reporting and analysis, driving corrective action, and presenting regional Inventory Operations key metrics and targets such as OTD and OTIF
  • Leads and supports warehouse capacity planning, including short- (8-week), medium- (26-week), and long-range (52-week) planning
  • Leads and supports continuous improvement projects to ensure optimal execution and on-time delivery
  • Support system updates, data integrity, and order-related reporting in ERP

Minimum Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting B2B customers and order management activities
  • Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain, supply planning, third party logistics providers management and outbound distribution
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel, including experience to create and manipulate complex spreadsheets, experience with pivot tables and other intricate modeling
  • Experience with engaging with and extracting data from ERP systems (specifically regarding inventory transactions and order management)
  • Effective communication skills with a proven experience to effectively manage and build relationships with stakeholders. Experience to effectively and assertively convey information and ideas to both internal and external teams at all levels
  • Proven experience in utilizing fact-based analysis and rational thinking to influence and drive decision-making
  • Demonstrated experience to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a proven sense of urgency, accuracy, and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications
  • University BS or MS in supply chain, industrial engineering or related field
  • Experience in close engagement and management of third party fulfillment partners
  • Knowledge of Oracle or other ERP systems
  • Excel proficiency including pivot tables and v-look ups
  • 5+ years of experience in relevant Planning, Logistics or Fulfillment Operations role, preferably in Consumer Electronics
  • Experience with queries, SQL, or VBA Macros
  • Lean Six Sigma
