What you will be doing

  • Lead day-to-day execution of Retail Support for assigned areas within Forecasting & Replenishment (FaR)
  • Oversee 2–3 Retail Support Specialists, including workload management (projects, tickets, triage queues)
  • Manage a personal portfolio of projects, enhancements, and operational support activities
  • Partner with Corporate Operations Leadership and Retail Division Leadership to ensure system health and business continuity
  • Act as escalation point for complex inventory and system issues impacting stores
  • Support deployments, planned changes, outages, and high-priority business events (including off-hours as required)
  • Collaborate closely with both domestic and offshore teams to drive consistent support coverage and execution

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach Specialists responsible for triaging store inventory issues and replenishment system performance
  • Ensure effective prioritization and resolution of tickets within service-level expectations
  • Oversee root cause analysis across multiple systems to identify and resolve inventory and replenishment issues
  • Coordinate cross-functional resolution with IT, Replenishment Planning, DC Operations, Demand Planning, and Retail Operations
  • Monitor project execution across Specialists; remove blockers and ensure timely delivery
  • Own and execute individual projects aligned to operational improvements, system enhancements, and business needs
  • Provide clear, structured communication to leadership on issue status, risks, and outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, SOPs, and support models
  • Ensure alignment to company policies, procedures, and best practices impacting store inventory
  • Support reporting, analysis, and insights to improve system performance and store execution
  • Participate in on-call or extended support coverage as needed for deployments, outages, or peak business periods

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

  • Associate/bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience with grocery retail, inventory operations, or B2B support strongly preferred
  • Experience with planning and service tools (Blue Yonder, Oracle, ServiceNow) preferred
  • 5 plus years' experience in support, operations, or project coordination; leadership or oversight experience preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams (team workload + individual projects) simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to troubleshoot using data across multiple systems
  • Experience writing/running SQL queries and analyzing reports
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), including PivotTables and advanced functions
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with or coordinating across offshore/global teams
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Willingness to support off-hours work for deployments, outages, and critical business events
  • Travel requirements: 10–15% annually
