About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative – Order Processing to support our customers and sales representatives. This is not a high‑volume call center role. Instead, you’ll handle custom orders and client‑specific questions, often collaborating with internal teams such as Engineering and Warehouse to ensure accuracy and timely resolution.

New hires will begin as Order Processing Representatives, focusing on data entry and system navigation while learning products, processes, and systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detail‑oriented work, learning technical products, and supporting customers in a collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales and customer support, including order entry, expediting, quoting, restocking, and troubleshooting
  • Process custom orders and manage customer‑specific inquiries
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Warehouse, and Sales teams to resolve questions and issues
  • Accurately enter and maintain order information in internal systems
  • Use Outlook, Excel, and SAP to support daily operations
  • Assist with service issues and transactional add‑on requests
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
