Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you're not just answering phones, you're creating the first impression for homeowners who are looking for trusted solutions for their homes. Your ability to listen, connect, and guide customers will help turn their questions into scheduled consultations with our team.

Essential Functions
  • Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat
  • Quickly follow up with customers who leave messages or request information
  • Schedule in-home consultations with our Sales Consultants
  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand what customers need
  • Record customer details and interactions in our CRM system
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Help identify ways to improve our customer service process
  • Meet team goals for response times, appointment scheduling, and customer satisfaction
  • This position will require occasional travel to our Onalaska location as well as up to 5 weekend days/year.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Enjoy talking with people and helping solve problems
  • 3+ years of customer service or customer relationship experience
  • Are comfortable using CRM or customer management software
  • Stay organized and manage multiple conversations at once
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently
  • Work well independently but enjoy collaborating with a team
