Position Overview
We are seeking motivated, service-focused individuals to join our remote team. In this role, you'll connect with union members who have requested information, explain available benefit options, and guide them through a simple enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients
  • Schedule and confirm virtual appointments
  • Deliver benefits presentations through video meetings
  • Explain available programs and coverage options clearly
  • Assist with applications and required documentation
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow service standards
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
