Wisconsin Public Service Corp, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking Customer Service Representatives in our Green Bay, Wisconsin location. This position is represented by Local No. 420 IUOE.

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible and empowered to take on questions and concerns from our customers. The Customer Care Center operates 24/7 to ensure customers have energy related solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle residential inquiries relating to billing, payment, mobile app, website and customer moves
  • Receive Operations type calls (gas and electric emergency, outage and gas emergency/inquires)
  • Receive general and miscellaneous inquiries
  • Use CIS to maintain current and accurate customer information which will be accessed by other departments
  • May also perform other miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, HSED or GED
  • 1+ years Customer Service and/or Customer Relations (billing, credit, payment)
  • Must be able to work and adapt to various hours/shifts and a changing schedule
  • Availability for 24 hour call out for storm trouble call handling is also required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous care center experience
  • Previous office/clerical experience
  • Previous experience working in a union environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to be empathetic with customers
  • Able to confidently multitask with different systems while on the phone with customers
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to use good judgement in making decisions

Minimum Posting Range:  $24.02 

Maximum Posting Range:  $33.10
