SOMMAIRE DE LA FONCTION

  • Relève du directeur de service; collabore au service après-vente.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

TÂCHES RELIÉS AU SERVICE APRÈS-VENTE

  • S’assurer que le script de rendez-vous et de prise en charge du client est mis en place (document interne).
  • Traiter les plaintes des clients dans les plus brefs délais, selon les orientations de la concession;
  • S’assurer que les clients soient informés de toute promotion ou de tout service offert par la concession;
  • Planifier la répartition des tâches aux techniciens en fonction des spécialités de chacun;
  • Voir à la propreté des aires de travail de l’atelier mécanique, de l’aire de service, de la salle d'attente des clients ainsi que de son environnement de travail, qui se doit d’être propre et ordonné en tout temps;

AVISEUR SENIOR

  • Assurer les tâches suivantes lors du remplacement du directeur du service après-vente;
    • Gestion des absences;
    • Soumettre les dossiers de garantie;
    • Soumettre des demandes de « good will » au manufacturier;
    • Contact avec le directeur général pour toutes prises de décision se rattachant au département;
  • Rapporter au directeur général tout événement en lien avec le personnel;
    • Rendement;
    • Assiduité;
    • Grief;
    • Etc;

Un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience est requis pour l'emploi.
