Shipping & Receiving and Order Processing

A leading manufacturing company in the Cincinnati area now has an immediate opening for light Shipping & Receiving and Order Processing Assistant. Primary job duties are product assembly, shipping and receiving, data entry, product pricing and availability requests. Candidates must be familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word software. Knowledge of Epicor Prophet 21 or other ERP system, UPS and FedEx systems are also helpful.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Customer order entry requiring attention to detail

· Assembly of small parts

· Operating a multi-line phone system, answering phone calls such as price and delivery questions

· Learning and using the Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system accurately and efficiently

· Preparation and shipping of products which consists of proper assembly, labeling, and marking of tools/packages

· Helping to maintain inventory accuracy, delivery services, and customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

· A High School Diploma, pleasant, professional communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload are required.

· Ability to follow through on tasks to completion with minimal supervision.

· Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail is a must.

· Good hand and eye coordination, able to lift up to 50 pounds.

· Prior office, customer service, or warehouse experience are ideal.
