Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting is an American manufacturer of luxury handcrafted lighting with more than 80 years of history. Our products are specified by interior designers, architects, builders, and hospitality clients throughout the United States and in more than 70 countries.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support to customers, sales representatives, designers, and internal departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service, order entry, manufacturing experience who enjoys solving problems and working in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

· Process customer orders and returns (RMA) accurately using ERP/order entry software.

· Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.

· Provide order status, pricing, lead times, and product information.

· Coordinate with production, shipping, and sales to ensure timely deliveries.

· Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

· Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

· Work closely with designers, distributors, and sales representatives.

· Deliver an exceptional customer experience from order placement through delivery.

Qualifications

· 2+ years of customer service, order entry, inside sales support, experience.

· Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

· Experience with ERP systems is preferred.

· High school diploma required; college coursework or associate degree is a plus.
