Accounting SpecialistJob Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable voucher entry, payments, expense reports
  • Accounts Receivable collections, payment application
  • Generate and review monthly reports
  • Prepare and make bank deposits
  • Assist with preparation for annual audits
  • Prepare and distribute annual IRS forms
  • Perform administrative and other tasks as needed
  • Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Time management skills
  • Education and Experience:
  • Associate degree in business or accounting, or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of general office experience
