Order Entry Specialist Location: Jacksonville, FL (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Insurance / Property & Laboratory Services Pay- $17 A growing and fast-paced organization in the property insurance services industry is seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join its operations team. This is a foundational role responsible for ensuring accurate intake and processing of materials submitted for laboratory analysis. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, high-volume environment where precision and speed are critical.

Key Responsibilities Accurately enter customer, claim, and sample information into a proprietary database from both physical and digital submissions Receive and log incoming property samples (flooring, roofing, siding, etc.) to ensure proper tracking through the testing process Review incoming orders for completeness and accuracy; follow up with customers or adjusters to resolve discrepancies or missing details Monitor order status to support timely processing and meet expedited turnaround standards (24–48 hours) Partner with internal lab technicians and customer service teams to provide updates on priority claims Qualifications & Skills Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Fast and efficient alpha-numeric data entry skills (high WPM required) Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and learning proprietary systems or CRM platforms Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment High School Diploma or GED required Prior data entry, order processing, logistics, or administrative experience preferred What We’re Looking For This role is ideal for someone who is process-driven, dependable, and takes pride in accuracy.
