Rasco Janitorial Supply is looking for a dependable and organized Customer Service Lead to support daily customer communication, order entry, follow up, internal coordination, and basic accounting clerk duties.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and emails professionally
  • Enter and review customer orders accurately
  • Assist with order status, billing questions, credits, and invoice support
