Customer Service Lead with Accounting Support
Rasco Janitorial Supply is looking for a dependable and organized Customer Service Lead to support daily customer communication, order entry, follow up, internal coordination, and basic accounting clerk duties.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and emails professionally
- Enter and review customer orders accurately
- Assist with order status, billing questions, credits, and invoice support
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Maintain organized customer account records and paperwork
- Follow up on open issues until resolved
- Support basic accounting and accounts receivable tasks
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Accurate data entry and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with invoices and customer accounts
- Organized, dependable, and professional
- Experience with Outlook, Excel, and business software preferred
- Customer service, billing, or order entry experience preferred
