As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll handle only warm leads-no cold calling-engaging with customers already interested in our products. We are looking for a professional closer. 


What You'll Do:
  • Handle inbound sales & outbound  sales calls from new and existing customer
  • Close sales by presenting solutions that fit customer needs
  • One call close sale 
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products when appropriate
  • Maintain expert-level product knowledge and stay up to date on offerings
  • Achieve & exceed sales targets in a competitive, team-oriented environment

What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of Inside Sales, Telesales, or Call Center Sales experience
  • Experience in the secuirty alarm and medical devices industry preferred 
  • Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales goals
  • Energetic, persuasive, and always closing the sale approach
  • Strong multi-tasking and CRM/data entry skills
  • Available for evening & Saturday shifts (as required)
  • This position is fully remote and the hours needed are 1:00PM-10:00PM EST
