THE WORK:

The Mid-Market Oracle Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth in the Accenture Edge Business by developing and closing new business opportunities with customers seeking Oracle Cloud ERP, NetSuite, and/or OCI solutions. They will focus on originating and closing opportunities across the full Oracle portfolio. This role combines deep industry knowledge, a passion for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM), NetSuite, and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and a consultative sales approach to help clients leverage Accenture's pre-defined Mid-Market offerings. The Sales Executive will interface directly with CFO, CIO, CTO, CHRO, and VP-level Operations and Finance leaders. They will be accountable for progressing opportunities from origination through close, coordinating closely with solution architects, delivery leads, and Oracle alliance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly withMid MarketDirect Prospects from the C-Suite to other Leaders

  • Manage and nurture relationships with Clients and Oracle Alliance Partners (Oracle Sales, OPN Partner Teams, NetSuite Channel)

  • Drive net new customer acquisition and scale existing client base in the AccentureMid MarketDirect customer segment

  • Coordinate closely lead generation providers, solutioning team and Technical Architects

  • Engage with Oracle AEs, NetSuite channel reps, and OCI specialists, at the tactical and strategic level across the Sales, Solution Architect, and Partner Teams

  • Meeting monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets for the segment

Travel may berequiredfor this role.The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience selling Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM/SCM, NetSuite, or OCI or comparable cloud ERP/infrastructure solutions

  • Proventrack recordof sourcing and closing business, preferably $500K+ ARR

  • Bachelor's Degreeor equivalent work experience (12 years) or anAssociate's Degreewith 6 years of work experience

Preferred:

  • Preferred industry experience in one or more of the following: Manufacturing, Distribution, Professional Services, Private Equity-backed companies, or Family-owned mid-market businesses

  • Technical Background in Oracle Cloud ERP, NetSuite, or OCI is strongly preferred. Familiarity with NetSuite graduation plays and Oracle AI agent capabilities is a plus.
