Job Summary:
The Dignify Solutions, LLC is seeking an Oracle CPQ Architect to lead the implementation of Oracle CPQ Cloud in a global, multi-ERP environment. The role requires a deep understanding of customer journey mapping and quote-to-cash processes, along with strong integration skills and stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Proven experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud implementation in a global, multi-ERP environment.
• Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, Quote-to-cash processes, and partner channel enablement.
• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle CPQ, Oracle Sales Cloud, PRM, and Microsoft D365 with ERP systems like Oracle Fusion Cloud, EBS, JDE etc.
• Experience with enterprise integration tools (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps) and API-led integration.
• Strong knowledge of CX data models, customer master data, and quote-to-order workflows.
• Exposure to eCommerce platforms like Magento is plus
• Ability to evaluate and guide system customizations, extensions, and integrations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
