Compensation: $85,000 - $135,000 / year
Description
Relationship One's Marketing Cloud Consultants provide best practice marketing automation services, implementation assistance, and ongoing operational support for Oracle Responsys and CRM/backend systems. In this role, you will design, implement, and test demand-generation marketing programs, lead-nurturing programs, prospect/customer segmentation, and automated communications programs within the Oracle Responsys platform. The ideal candidate for this position must have deep 'hands-on' experience with the Oracle Responsys platform.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Configure and deploy Oracle Responsys marketing automation solutions and integrate them with client CRM systems
  • Work with clients to design and deliver automated marketing campaigns and programs such as Abandon Cart, Reactivation, Order Confirmation (and order-based transactional messaging), and Upsell/Cross-sell
  • Perform Demand Generation/Outsourced Marketing tasks on behalf of clients including the creation of email/landing pages/templates and web form templates
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations to clients
  • Serve as a Best Practice Consultant and hands-on expert with marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Advise on best practices with regard to marketing automation capabilities, testing, projected results

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience using the Oracle Responsys marketing automation platform (including new implementations, migrations, creation of multi-channel programs, API-triggered transactional campaigns, audience & reporting segments, and assets as well as integration configuration and advanced automation features)
  • Proficiency with marketing automation best practices, customer profiling/segmentation, and performance reporting
  • Demonstrated experience using a structured QA process to support project delivery
  • Excellent training experience including both remote and onsite sessions
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce.com, MS CRM, Siebel On-Demand)
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • Experience with Infinity and/or Maxymiser preferred
  • Oracle Responsys Marketing Platform Cloud Service Certified Implementation Specialist a plus
  • CRM certifications a plus
  • Exceptional proficiency in learning complex software solutions
  • Proficiency in designing solutions based on client needs
  • Exceptional client services and support skills
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and support skills
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Knowledge of current SaaS/Internet-based technologies preferred as well as related technologies such as databases and integration frameworks
