ROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Senior Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Engineer to support day to day configuration, deployment, and production support of a marketing technology stack. This contract to hire role will focus on executing and supporting customer journeys as the organization migrates from Oracle Responsys to Adobe.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Configure and deploy Adobe Journey Optimizer solutions in a production environment
- Build and maintain customer journeys, offers, and related components
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support for marketing operations
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into journeys
- Support operational health of Adobe Experience Platform components and integrations
- Recommend implementation best practices and improvements for reliability and scale
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Hands on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Experience working within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Practical familiarity with Adobe Real Time CDP (RTCDP)
- Practical familiarity with Adobe Data Distiller
- Experience supporting marketing technology execution and production operations
- Ability to work Central Time; hybrid and onsite expectations may apply based on location
