In this role, you will execute and optimize digital campaigns that attract qualified job seekers, increase application volume, and strengthen HireFrontier’s online presence. You will manage digital advertising, email marketing workflows, website content updates, and CRM-based recruitment marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a strong interest in talent acquisition marketing and data-driven performance optimization.

EducationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field
Experience & Skills0-1 year of experience in digital marketing, recruitment marketing, or online advertising
Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and campaign performance tracking
Basic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Figma
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred QualificationsExperience with SEO strategies and AI-powered SEO tools
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Knowledge of advanced audience segmentation and automated marketing workflows
