Essential Job Functions:

  • Clearance: U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work and to obtain the required security clearance

  • Administer, monitor, and sustain Oracle Identity and Access Management platforms supporting PeopleSoft HCM and related enterprise systems in a secured, on-premises environment.

  • Install, configure, patch, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle IAM components such as Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) or Oracle Internet Directory (OID), and related connectors and services as applicable.

  • Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, role-based access controls, group membership, password policies, account lifecycle workflows, and access requests in alignment with least-privilege and separation-of-duties principles.

  • Support authentication, single sign-on, directory synchronization, service accounts, privileged access controls, and integration points between Oracle IAM, PeopleSoft HCM, and other enterprise applications.

  • Develop and maintain scripts, automations, runbooks, and SOPs to improve operational efficiency, access administration accuracy, auditability, and repeatability.

  • Monitor IAM platform health, logs, connectors, synchronization jobs, and access-related incidents; investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate timely resolution.

  • Support security assessments, access reviews, audit requests, compliance evidence collection, hardening activities, vulnerability remediation, and change control for identity services operating in secured networks.

  • Maintain environment readiness across development, test, and production, including migrations, configuration management, backup and recovery support, and coordination with infrastructure, application, database, and security teams.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

  • 3+ years of experience administering Oracle Identity and Access Management or similar enterprise IAM platforms; experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM or other ERP environments preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with on-premises IAM administration, including access provisioning, directory services, authentication, authorization, patching, troubleshooting, and operational support in secured environments.

  • Ability to write scripts and automations for IAM administration, reporting, reconciliation, or operational support; familiarity with UNIX/Linux, SQL, LDAP, and interface troubleshooting is strongly preferred.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one; experience in secured federal or DoD environments preferred.

Other Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Oracle IAM architecture, access governance concepts, user lifecycle management, connector-based provisioning, directory integration, and security administration supporting enterprise applications.

  • Experience supporting access controls, account recertification, audit readiness, compliance requirements, and operational security practices in federal or other highly regulated environments.

  • Knowledge of runbooks, SOPs, change management, incident management, problem management, backup and recovery, and environment migration practices for identity platforms.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across application, infrastructure, database, security, and operations teams, including coordination with client stakeholders and external product vendors when needed.

Work Location:Hybrid, Arlington, VA. Candidates are expected to be on-site multiple days per week.
