The Senior Oracle ERP Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customizations and enhancements within Oracle E-Business Suite versions 11i and R12. This role requires strong technical expertise in Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Workflows, and integration components, along with a good understanding of the functional aspects of Oracle ERP modules.

Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this employment position.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and support customizations, extensions, and integrations in Oracle E-Business Suite 11i and R12 modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, and others.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports to meet business requirements.
  • Write and optimize PL/SQL code including packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
  • Develop and maintain Oracle Workflows and BI Publisher reports.
  • Perform data migration, interface development, and API integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle ERP applications.
  • Collaborate with functional business analysts and users to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Document technical designs, development processes, and changes.
  • Support upgrades and patching activities between Oracle 11i and R12 environments.
  • Stay current with Oracle ERP best practices, new features, and enhancements.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite 11i and R12 development.
  • 30% travel and up to 50% during project execution
  • Must have ability to identify customer needs, and understand how to deliver business value through the design of strong solutions
  • Ability to learn industry specific software, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Oracle Development Certifications preferred
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Forms and Reports development.
  • Proficient in PL/SQL programming and database objects.
  • Experience with Oracle Workflow Builder and BI Publisher.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP modules such as Financials (AP, AR, GL), SCM, HRMS, or others.
  • Experience in data migration tools like SQL*Loader, APIs, and interfaces.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP upgrade processes from 11i to R12 and code retrofits.

Technical and soft skills

  • Oracle E-Business Suite Developer Certification.
  • Experience with concurrent programs and interface development.
  • Exposure to Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud, or Web Services.

Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

  • The expected Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $150,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
