Job description

Title: Oracle HCM Cloud talent management functional consultant
Location: Irvine, CA (Hybird: 8 days a month)
Duration: 6 months (possibility of an extension)
Implementation Partner: Infosys
End Client: To be disclosed
We are seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud talent management functional consultant with Implementation and Application Support experience. The position's primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of Information Technology experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Minimum 3 end to end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency across industry best practices for HCM Domain
  • Must have worked in talent management modules in Oracle Fusion cloud with proven experience in talent management, Goals management, talent review and succession planning
  • Knowledge on Oracle HCM Cloud - apart from the modules above process understanding of talent acquisition and linkage to Core HR and Compensation would be helpful
  • Good Functional understanding of Oracle Cloud Business processes
  • Ability to drive discussion with Business and Lead a project from onsite
  • Connect with offshore team and ensure delivery is on track
  • Strong knowledge in writing the Functional Specifications, Drive the Workshops, Coordinate with client Business leads to finalize the conversion template, Perform Unit & End to End Testing.
  • Strong knowledge in understanding the gap between the Oracle Product Vs Client Requirement

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle. Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
  • Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor for advising industry best practicians and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
