Complete Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud technical consultant (not functional) with a focus on interfaces, reports, documenting the business requirements, development and testing of Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud application.

Design, develop, and implement Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) applications
Extend Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM) capabilities through custom UI applications
Work in a low-code/no-code PaaS environment with enterprise-grade standards
Key Responsibilities:

VBCS Development

  • Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web and mobile applications using Oracle VBCS
  • Build and customize UI components, business objects, and service connections
  • Implement reusable components, business rules, and validation logic
  • Optimize applications for performance, usability, and scalability
  • Build custom UI extensions for Oracle SaaS applications (ERP/HCM)

Integration

  • Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for system communication
  • Configure orchestrations, transformations, and routing logic for complex integrations
  • Handle error management, logging, and monitoring of integrations
  • Integrate VBCS applications with Oracle Cloud modules and third-party systems

Collaboration

  • Work closely with project managers and business analysts to gather and understand requirements
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and process flows
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with middleware, backend, and functional teams
  • Work with Internal IT Teams, SMEs, and end users

Testing & Deployment

  • Perform unit and system testing to ensure applications function as expected
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance
  • Deploy applications across test, UAT, and production environments
