About the role
Concept Plus is seeking an experienced Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) / Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) Specialist to support a mission-critical government program operating within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize analytics solutions that enhance data accessibility, reporting, and decision-making across the enterprise. This role involves close collaboration with data architects, developers, analysts, and government stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, cloud-native data and analytics capabilities.
What you'll do
Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
  • Develop interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and self-service analytics using OAC.
  • Model semantic layers, data sets, and data flows to support advanced analytics and reporting.
  • Configure OAC security, user roles, and access controls in accordance with government security policies.
  • Optimize OAC performance through tuning, caching, dataset optimization, and query analysis.
  • Integrate OAC with ADW, Object Storage, OCI Data Integration, APIs, and other data sources. Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) • Design and manage ADW schemas, tables, partitions, and data pipelines.
  • Implement efficient ETL/ELT processes using OCI Data Integration, ODI, Data Flow, or custom solutions.
  • Monitor ADW performance, manage resource usage, and apply tuning optimizations. • Support data ingestion from on-premises, multi-cloud, and external systems.
  • Enforce ADW security best practices including VCN integration, private endpoints, data masking, encryption, and auditing.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  • Deploy and configure OAC and ADW within OCI using secure cloud architectural patterns.
  • Manage OCI services such as Object Storage, Data Integration, IAM, Logging, Networking, and Monitoring.
  • Support infrastructure automation using Terraform, Resource Manager, or equivalent IaC tools.
  • Document cloud architectures, data flows, and operational processes for government compliance requirements. Security & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with federal IT security frameworks (FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, etc.).
  • Implement and maintain audit controls, access management, and vulnerability remediation activities.
  • Support Authority to Operate (ATO) documentation, technical assessments, and ongoing monitoring.

Collaboration & Support
  • Work closely with government stakeholders to translate analytic needs into cloud-based solutions.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for OAC/ADW functionality, performance, and availability.
  • Deliver training to analysts and end users on OAC dashboards, reporting, and data models.

Qualifications
  • US Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain a US Government Public Trust
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Oracle BI, OAC, or OBIEE.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Autonomous Database (ADW/ATP) or Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience with developing reports or dashboards for and EBS implementation
  • Hands-on experience with OCI components including Object Storage, IAM, Networking, Logging, and Monitoring.
  • Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling skills.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud data integration tools.
