Job Summary
The SEO Strategist will assist in developing a productized SEO and AI search offering for solo and boutique law firms. Upon development of the offering, the SEO Strategist will execute the standardized SEO tactics for a portfolio of clients and manage the overall SEO offering.
This is a hybrid position based in our Pembroke Pines, Florida, office. Candidates must be available to work in the office three days per week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute implementation of SEO strategy set up and ongoing tasks.
  • Assist in the development of a productized SEO strategy for local, multi-location, regional, and national SEO needs.
  • Based on reporting data, build SEO strategy to keywords, content, linking and other factors to improve impressions, traffic, and conversion (ITC).
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics.
  • Assist with elements of creation for client webpages to optimize and improve conversion rate.
  • Be a subject matter expert to help with continuous improvements and growth.
  • Balance quality and quantity of individual tasks to streamline strategy/project development, timelines, and results.
  • Define new strategies, based on data research, to improve page and content performance.
  • Identify and address technical concerns through audits for client accounts on an ongoing basis.
  • Keep pace with SEO and AI search engine and internet marketing industry trends and development.
  • Develop and implement link building strategies.
  • Work internally with colleagues on internal, continuous department improvement efforts.
  • Communication to clients, team, and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally client strategy and goals.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is expected as this is a full-time position.

Qualifications:
  • Passion for SEO and overall internet marketing
  • Must possess SEO and AI experience
  • Must have Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems
  • Ability to foster strong client relationships at various levels
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
  • 1-3 years of professional experience working in an agency environment
  • Previous experience with industry tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Current Google Analytics Certification

Physical/Mental Requirements for the Job:
  • Prolonged periods of sedentary movement
  • May be requested to work overtime and weekends if deemed necessary
  • Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds
  • Certain management positions might be required to occasionally travel
