We are seeking a dynamic individual to step into a pivotal role, where you will be instrumental in elevating the quality and efficiency of our engineering processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead critical quality initiatives, significantly impacting the performance and reliability of advanced systems and collaborating closely with diverse global teams. You'll be at the heart of ensuring our engineering outputs meet the highest standards, directly influencing project success and overall operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop deep subject matter expertise to utilize proprietary tools for analyzing and annotating critical test information.
* Oversee daily test creation activities, including reviewing test configuration files and outputs against requirements, and performing quality assurance on test code and results.
* Conduct daily training and review sessions with the test creation team, sharing new requirements and providing constructive feedback.
* Manage daily data ingestion pipelines, proactively mitigating issues and escalating as necessary.
* Develop and maintain data queries and dashboards to surface key insights into operational performance.
* Identify and document edge cases to refine policies and enhance engineering systems.
* Lead training and continuous learning initiatives, identifying knowledge gaps, and collaborating with training teams to bridge them.
* Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements to internal teams.
* Adapt quickly to evolving instructions, processes, and team structures.
* Consolidate and address technical support issues impacting the team.
* Provide ad-hoc training support as needed.
* Investigate, oversee, and report weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the entire team (e.g., throughput, quality).
* Update metric performance in trackers/dashboards regularly and report to key stakeholders.
* Monitor and analyze trends, outliers, and improvement opportunities, developing Preventive and Corrective Action Plans (CAPA).
* Undertake ad hoc projects as required to support team objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a quality assurance or analytical role.
* High School Diploma required.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities, including project and workforce management.
* Strong execution skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
* Working knowledge of Python.
* Basic command-line interface skills.
* Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
* Experience with markup languages (e.g., YAML).
* Proven data analysis skills (e.g., spreadsheet software).
* Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses.
* Hands-on experience running quality processes.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills, including system thinking and problem decomposition.
* Bias towards action and results-oriented approach.

* Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational environment. (accomodate scheduled on call hours)
