Job description

Location- Hybrid in Pontiac, MI
Duration- 1+ Year
Business Analyst.
  • Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams.
  • Consultant must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments.
  • BSA will elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of project stakeholders, through interviewing stakeholders, and analyzing current business processes and systems.
  • BSA will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project, and to ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications.
  • BSA duties will also include data analysis, designing solutions and writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions, conducting research, creating procedures to improve the existing systems, providing training and support to users, writing Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
Strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
Able to successfully multi-task and prioritize work across several active projects and assignments
Passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience
Demonstrated problem-solving skills including: identification of issues, obstacles and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working on Infrastructure projects

Experience Level: 5+ years
