Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, data analytics, or management consulting.
  • Experience in data analysis with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, BigQuery, BI platforms) and working with data scientists, BI engineers, and GTM systems developers.
  • Experience managing rhythm of business activities, such as sales-play planning, running business performance reviews, or targeting governance.
  • Experience working with executive-level stakeholders to present data analysis, propensity models, and business performance metrics.
  • Experience with investigative problem-solving, structured data analysis, and translating datasets into actionable business insights.

Operating at the intersection of business acceleration and field strategy, you will own the evolution of multi-source propensity models and external market signals, translating first-party consumption data, firmographics, and buyer intent into high-yield sales plays and actionable seller workflows.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical data science/engineering and sales execution. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Strategy and Operations lead for data-driven sales engines and customer targeting across the SMB segment, unifying account prioritization methodologies with streamlined seller workflows.
  • Maintain and continuously refine targeting models and signal repositories, integrating multi-source usage data, market indicators, and buyer intent to optimize account selectivity and align with business priorities.
  • Partner with Data Science, Sales Tooling, and go-to-market (GTM) Systems teams to embed targeting intelligence and automated recommendations into core seller platforms, driving regular representative usage, high satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement measurement frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track both commercial impact (win-rate lifts, new logo acquisition, consumption) and seller health metrics (play adoption, process efficiency, workflow conversion) to iteratively capture business.
