Job description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Train new staff members on the correct usage of company operating systems and processes by delivering in person training sessions and ensuring effective knowledge transfer
  • Ensure new employees are signed off as proficient in assigned system modules
  • Analyze key performance indicator gaps to determine where additional training is needed
  • Retrain current staff members on the correct usage of company operating systems and processes.
  • Train staff members on system enhancements as new modules are rolled out
  • Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, HR and Technology on the effectiveness of training material and make suggestions for continuous improvement.
  • Work with Operations and Information Technology to understand best practices within the network and help to implement those processes globally.
  • Train new and existing employees on the use of Power BI and how that relates to achieving operational KPI's and managing their daily workflow
  • Drive training compliance through monitoring of training records and reports
  • Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
  • Job will require regular and punctual attendance as well as presence on-site at the assigned work location
