You will have the chance to lead critical operational transformation programs, managing high-performing teams to deliver outcomes worth millions.


You’ll begin your journey with full immersion in the firm’s proven methodology, spending your first few weeks at their UK HQ before stepping into a key leadership role in the US.


In your role, you will:

– Deliver multi-million-dollar transformation workstreams across clients

– Lead teams of four to eight consultants in high-trust, data-led client engagements

– Work closely with program leads to align KPIs to strategic business outcomes

– Drive delivery governance and continuous improvement on-site, 4 days/week

– Build senior client relationships that unlock progress and long-term impact


You Will Need:

– 4+ years relevant consulting experience (ops/supply-chain etc)

– A track record of delivering measurable operational improvements
