Main responsibilities:

- Train and coach store teams to effectively execute merchandising and sales plans, including product handling, stocking, and display standards.
- Coordinate and implement merchandising programs, including plan-o-grams, pricing updates, and product coding to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with store management to provide feedback, resolve execution barriers, and optimize merchandising and operational performance
- Support inventory management, including inventory reduction, product disbursement, and shrink minimization.
- Assist with store openings, remodels, and major merchandising resets to minimize disruption and maximize sales.
- Monitor sales, labor, and gross profit metrics; contribute to reporting and performance improvement efforts
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards across departments.
