Main responsibilities:

    • Train and coach store teams to effectively execute merchandising and sales plans, including product handling, stocking, and display standards.
    • Coordinate and implement merchandising programs, including plan-o-grams, pricing updates, and product coding to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
    • Partner with store management to provide feedback, resolve execution barriers, and optimize merchandising and operational performance
    • Support inventory management, including inventory reduction, product disbursement, and shrink minimization.
    • Assist with store openings, remodels, and major merchandising resets to minimize disruption and maximize sales.
    • Monitor sales, labor, and gross profit metrics; contribute to reporting and performance improvement efforts
    • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards across departments.
    • Promote strong customer service by fostering a customer-first mindset within store teams.
    • Analyze competitor activity and trends to support merchandising and operational decisions.
    • Identify and develop high-potential associates and contribute to a high-performance, learning-focused environment.
