Job Summary
EMCOR Government Services (EGS) is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager (Data Center Facilities) to support contract operations for a mission-critical Intelligence Community customer in Pocatello, Idaho. The Facilities Operations Manager ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient daily operation of the data center. This role oversees facility operations teams, monitors critical systems, manages incident response, and ensures adherence to operational standards and SLAs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day operations of critical facility systems, including electrical, mechanical, and monitoring systems.
  • Manage operations staff, shift schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee incident management, escalation procedures, and post-incident reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies, SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs.
  • Coordinate with engineering, security, and IT teams to maintain uptime and service quality.
  • Track operational metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and capacity planning activities.

Qualifications
  • Must have a Top Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Seven years of industrial experience, with five years at a Tier III data center supporting mission-critical operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with CMMS, BMS, and critical facility monitoring tools.
  • Valid Drivers License
  • US Citizen
