Job description

About the Role
  • Lead a team of employees to effectively and efficiently run the branch according to the business plan
  • Evaluate and make the necessary changes to the branch's current practices and procedures to improve daily operations, and prioritizes work to successfully meet timelines, managing continuous improvement
  • Track financial and operational progress of branch and provide metrics data to the regional manager regularly
  • Develop and manage branch budget (including capital expenditures). Forecasts budget expectations monthly
  • Facilitate employee safety training
  • Monitor inventory levels/purchasing and inventory budget including: reducing and controlling slow and obsolete inventory
  • May perform other related duties within the scope of the position as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

  • 7+ years of related work experience that includes 3 years' work experience
  • Manage a group or team of individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff
  • Must hold a valid driver's license
