The Operations Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the daily operations within a service industry environment. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this position leads a medium-sized team of 6 to 15 members, ensuring efficient resource allocation, quality assurance, and compliance management. The role is instrumental in driving process improvements, managing budgets, and fostering strong customer and vendor relationships to support business growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize and streamline operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead, develop, and manage a medium-sized operations team
  • Manage budgets and control operational costs
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee vendor management and maintain strong supplier relationships
