As a member of the IT Operations team, the IT Operations Lead acts as a backup for management and will be responsible for work assignments and resource issues - all in service of making our members' health journeys easier.

What You Bring to Cambia:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's' degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. Appropriate additional experience beyond the minimum required experience may be substituted for education.

  • A total of 7 years relevant experience in IT, preferably in the discipline that will be led.

  • Ability to provide directions and lead groups of business customers and IT partners to solve problems and deliver on time solutions. Technically proficient in core technologies and methodologies used by the team. Able to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technologies and methodologies and apply them to technological and/or business needs of significant scope

  • Demonstrated leadership skills for large projects in a technology-oriented field with a high emphasis on communicative and interpersonal relationship skills is required.

  • Able to plan and manage his/her own work, and provide leadership to 3 or more team members.

  • Able to mentor and lead other team members in technical matters.

  • Must be able to communicate with Executives, can deal comfortably with more senior managers, can present without display of overt tension and nervousness. Recognizes differences of how senior managers think and work. Relays status to management and peers in a timely manner.

  • Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desired.

What You Will Do at Cambia:

  • Participates as a key member of an agile team to consult with the business to understand the business needs and impacts and recommend solutions to solve them.

  • Assists the manager by providing direction, leadership, mentoring and technical coaching to the technical staff. Provide performance feedback to management. Ensures the delivery of on time, high quality, effective solutions.

  • Provides consulting support for IT and business partners by researching, identifying and resolving complex technical problems.

  • Understand, directs and participates in deliverables required by approved Development Lifecycles. Expected to contribute to process improvement.

Work Environment:

  • May be required to travel periodically.

  • May be required to be on-call 7 days a week, 24 hours a day on a departmental rotational basis.

Pay ranges vary based on the candidate's work location. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history.

  • Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho:The expected hiring range is $95,000 - $119,000, the full salary range is $95,000 - $155,000, and the bonus target is15%.

  • North Dakota:The expected hiring range is $90K - $119K and the full salary range is $90K - $149K.
