The Senior Associate Athletic Director for External Operations assists the Director of Athletics in the administration of sixteen intercollegiate athletic programs at the University of Idaho. The position is responsible for supervision and coordination of all external areas within the department to include Creative Content, Broadcast Production, Athletic Communications, Marketing and Ticket Operations. In addition, this position serves as a sport supervisor for assigned sport programs.
Position Overview
The Senior Associate Athletic Director for External Operations assists the Director of Athletics in the administration of sixteen intercollegiate athletic programs at the University of Idaho. The position is responsible for supervision and coordination of all external areas within the department to include Creative Content, Broadcast Production, Athletic Communications, Marketing and Ticket Operations. Required Experience
  • Seven years of progressive leadership experience in collegiate athletics, specifically in the areas of external operations
  • Demonstrated success in leadership of revenue generation, communications, marketing and ticketing
  • Experience with leadership, management and organizational skills
  • Working with stakeholders, including campus leadership, faculty, donors, corporate partners, media and alumni
