Job description

We are seeking an experienced manager who is passionate about developing people, leading high-performing teams, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

At Chick-fil-A Moscow, this role is responsible for both leading a team of 50+ team members and actively operating the business day-to-day. You will be expected to develop future leaders while also executing at a high level within the operation.

This is a hands-on leadership role—you will not only coach and develop the team, but also work alongside them in both Front and Back of House to ensure excellence in execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & People Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Team Members
  • Directly oversee and influence a team of 50+ employees
  • Drive performance through accountability, coaching, and feedback
  • Identify and develop future leaders within the organization
  • Support onboarding, training systems, and performance management
Operations Execution & Oversight
  • Lead/Oversee daily operations in both Front and Back of House
  • Work hands-on in the operation while coaching in real time
  • Ensure strong execution in food safety, quality, and guest experience
  • Oversee high-volume Drive-Thru performance and shift execution
  • Identify operational gaps and implement solutions quickly
Culture & Standards
  • Build a high-performance, team-first culture
  • Set clear expectations and hold leaders accountable
  • Ensure consistency in systems, standards, and execution
What to Expect
  • This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Qualifications
  • Proven management experience required
  • Experience leading large teams (30–50+ employees strongly preferred)
  • Strong background in coaching, performance management, and team development

  • Open availability, including evenings and weekends
  • ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
